Biological justification is a scientifically substantiated conclusion on the use of wildlife, such as the removal of wildlife from nature, economic and other activities that may affect wildlife.
Development and execution of the Biological Substantiation is carried out in accordance with the Rules of Preparation of the Biological Substantiation for Use of Wildlife, approved by Order of the Ministry of Environment and Water Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 4, 2014 № 104-Ө.
Biological justification is prepared during the year on the basis of the materials of population records for previous years, research of the state of animal habitats. The biological substantiation undergoes state expertise and is submitted to the state body responsible for management and control in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife.
