Dear colleagues and friends, we congratulate you on the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan!
The current Constitution was adopted by a nationwide referendum on August 30, 1995, and this date is a national holiday in Kazakhstan.
The Basic Law enshrines the main principles and priorities on which the country’s development rests — unity, concord, independence, stability, legality and public order.
The nation’s fundamental document reflects the will of the people and their aspiration to establish Kazakhstan as a democratic, secular, legal and social state, whose highest values are the person, their life, rights and freedoms.
It is our shared duty to safeguard these values, remember our country’s history and respect its laws.
We wish all Kazakhstani citizens peace, goodness, prosperity, harmony and mutual understanding for the flourishing of our beautiful homeland — the Republic of Kazakhstan!
May each day bring new achievements, and may our Constitution remain a reliable guarantor of a happy future for our country, protecting the rights and freedoms of every citizen.
